Job Description:

As a Business Development Strategist, you will engage with Sales teams across assigned territories or market segments to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction goals. You will leverage your expertise in airport operations and business processes to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve building trusted relationships with executive buyers, raising prospect awareness, and driving prospecting efforts with Sales Reps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Reps to achieve profitable sales growth in assigned Business Lines
  • Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified active opportunities and manage them to close
  • Ensure strategic fit between opportunity and SITA capabilities
  • Builit and maintain high-quality business development plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven success in generating revenue growth in a sales and/or business development role
  • 3+ years relevant industry and/or market segment experience
  • Basic coding knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, SITA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a competitive compensation plan.
