About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Marketing Strategist to join our Global Brand & Marketing Department in Madrid. The successful candidate will execute marketing actions to achieve brand and business objectives, creating customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to business, management, and leadership">
  • Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns">
  • Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end-to-end coordination with external agencies">
  • Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for IE University's audience">
  • Track and report campaign activity and results to measure effectiveness and identify improvements">
  • Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree from IE University or a top university with a focus on business, marketing, or related fields">
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing, consulting, advertising, and/or communications experience, ideally in a company with an international scope">
  • Fluent in Spanish and English">
  • Must be eligible to work in Spain">
  • PREFERRED: Master's degree from a top university with a focus on Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; experience successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams; experience in marketing across multiple channels and using online performance tracking tools">

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
