Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative
Location: Remote work, Madrid
Salary Range: €70,000 - €90,000 per annum depending on experience.

Your Role as Tech Business Development Strategist :
Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Mission Highlights:

  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
  • Collaboration Leadership: Work closely with the business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results.

Your Profile:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally. You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
