About the Role

Leading Edge is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to join our team. This full-time, permanent position will be based in Pakistan and can be worked remotely.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in HR recruitment to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
