Role Overview
Drive the promotion and sales of Delta's Fan & Thermal products across the EMEA region. Act as a key account manager, developing and executing strategies that align with customer needs. Collaborate closely with customer procurement and R&D teams to define optimal product specifications and conditions. Manage operational activities alongside engineering teams and factories to ensure timely product launches through effective project management. Resolve commercial and technical challenges by coordinating resources and engaging relevant stakeholders. Conduct regular visits to customers and potential clients, as well as participate in industry fairs and organize sales initiatives. Identify and cultivate potential direct customers within targeted markets and provide insights to engineering and marketing teams. Develop and implement strategies for Representatives/Distributors to expand business in key countries and markets. Support the Business Director in crafting and nurturing innovative market strategies. Represent Delta Electronics comprehensively and promote cross-selling initiatives.Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solutions sectors, specifically within Telecom, Industrial, Automotive, and White Goods industries. Strong understanding of DC Fans, EC Fans, EMI, Heat Sinks, and Air Conditioning products and markets. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ODM/OEM in international environments. Proven track record of building sales channels through local partners and agents for a minimum of 3 years. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and intercultural collaboration. Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and presentation capabilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time. Open-minded and eager to embrace innovation and technology. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.-
