About the Role

Sin nombre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Channel Expansion
  • Develop and execute a strategy to expand our channel of security systems integrators, alarm companies, IT/networking service providers, and other types of independent service companies focused on the delivery and support of secure, cloud-oriented video management systems.
Collaboration with Leadership
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop an expansion strategy for the region and achieve assigned new dealer onboarding goals and objectives.
Dealer Training and Support
  • Proactively train direct dealer's sales representatives to meet hardware and subscription sales target and commitments.
  • Coordinate technical certification of dealer's operational resources.
  • Ensure dealer and Sin nombre are successful in the ordering and payment processes.
Indirect Channel Expansion
  • Work with our leadership team and Ecosystem Partner's leadership to develop a plan to support Ecosystem Partner RSM & ASM sales efforts, and collaboratively train underperforming Ecosystem Partner dealers for Sin nombre growth.
  • Work with our Strategic Account team to support the growth of Sin nombre's and Ecosystem Partner's assigned strategic account programs.
  • Coordinate cross-selling efforts with Sin nombre and Ecosystem Partner's Strategic Partners.
Demand Generation
  • Develop relationships with consulting engineers within the region to achieve assigned goals and objectives in terms of new specified opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with multi-site end-users in franchise or corporate businesses in the quick-serve food, property management, light retail, or similar verticals.
  • Receive and manage inbound leads from the website and other sources to result in channel expansion efficiently and revenue recognition.
  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, information technology, or security sales experience with video, access, or intrusion systems.
  2. Successful experience selling as an employee of a major security manufacturer is a plus.
  3. Consultative/solutions sales with 90+ day B2B sales cycles.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in a professional manner.
  6. Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way.
  7. Full command of Spanish and English.
