About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled International Business Growth Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Europe.
Job Description
The International Business Growth Manager will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans into actionable strategies and driving them in specific strategic segments. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing to execute MDF campaigns and collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Main Accountabilities
- Growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe
- Identifying and engaging potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships
- Collaborating with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities
- Driving product adoption through effective communication and value proposition
- Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance
- Staying updated on industry trends and providing market feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of European business development experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends
- Results-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Languages required: English (C1+) and another European language is a high plus

Salary Estimate: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience
