The Role
As the Customer Retention Team Lead, you will oversee and resolve escalated customer issues, develop and implement retention strategies, and lead a team focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely and effective solutions, fostering long-term loyalty and positive relationships.
