About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Walters People. As the backbone of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and operational aspects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is in optimal working order and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of equipment and repair of facilities.
  • Supervise third-party services such as cleaning and security.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily office activities.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence and communications.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of material.
  • Reception of visitors.
  • Manage internal communication relating to the office.
  • Manage the office budget and control expenses.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to manage payments and invoices.
  • Support in the organization and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Ensure that all office equipment is in good condition and working properly.
  • Manage the physical and digital archiving of important documents.
  • Ensure that documents are easily accessible and well organized.
  • Manage access control and security systems.
  • Telephone answering.

Requirements:

  • Excellent facilities management.
  • Ensuring the security of the office.
  • Involvement in the administrative management of various company projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments for inventory control of various company assets.
