**Job Summary**

Skybridge U.K. Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure they have access to necessary office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Coordinate office layout and seating arrangements to optimize productivity and comfort.
  • Communicate with contractors and service providers to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep the office clean, safe, and operational.
  • Act as a liaison between the Madrid office and the UK office, relaying important information, updates, and policies.
  • Represent Health & Safety initiatives in the Madrid office.
  • Collaborate with the UK office to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Assist the Talent team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the UK office to align talent management strategies.
  • Order office supplies, stationery, coffee, fruit, and other necessities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have necessary resources and information.
  • Collaborate with the UK office to create and document company procedures specific to the Spain office.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
