**Job Summary**
Skybridge U.K. Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with team members to ensure they have access to necessary office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate office layout and seating arrangements to optimize productivity and comfort.
- Communicate with contractors and service providers to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep the office clean, safe, and operational.
- Act as a liaison between the Madrid office and the UK office, relaying important information, updates, and policies.
- Represent Health & Safety initiatives in the Madrid office.
- Collaborate with the UK office to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Assist the Talent team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Work closely with the UK office to align talent management strategies.
- Order office supplies, stationery, coffee, fruit, and other necessities.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have necessary resources and information.
- Collaborate with the UK office to create and document company procedures specific to the Spain office.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
