About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Coface Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process financial transactions, including invoicing, quoting, and reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain systems to account for financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policy and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases and records.
  5. Assist in the preparation of contracts and coordinate with key suppliers.
  6. Liaise with new employees and support their on-boarding process.
  7. Organize internal and external events, manage calendars, and travel plans.
  8. Maintain office equipment, stationery, and other items, and budget office facilities.
  9. Support the founders and team members with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  1. Higher education in a relevant field.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative role.
  3. Experience with book-keeping and basic accounting knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong time-management, planning, and organizing skills.
  6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  7. Independent, proactive, and adaptable personality.
