About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Coface Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, including invoicing, quoting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain systems to account for financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and coordinate with key suppliers.
  • Liaise with new employees and support their onboarding process.
  • Organize internal and external events, manage calendars, and coordinate travel plans.
  • Maintain office equipment, stationery, and other items, and budget office facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the founders and team members.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the administrative field.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and a basic accounting knowledge.
  • An outstanding knowledge and proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Good communication and conflict management/problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management and planning skills.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable personality.
