Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management, with a strong understanding of the IT industry. The role involves engaging with customers, developing long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Finnish (native level) and English (B2)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques
