As a Strategic Customer Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end customer lifecycle management initiatives, ensuring seamless engagement from the initial contact to retention and renewal strategies.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. You will lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes. Your daily tasks will involve being the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression, and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

As a Strategic Customer Engagement Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating successful outcomes
  • Engaging with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with our leading cloud technologies
  • Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Demonstrating verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technologies
  • Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline)
  • Leveraging social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 1 year of sales and account management or customer management experience. A good understanding and level of computer handling skills are also required. Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is also desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a relocation package, performance bonuses, discounts on gym and language courses, 2-3 weeks of paid training, and work shifts from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. We also provide possibilities to grow within the company.
