About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Manager to join our global TUI Musement People Development and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive range of leadership development activities that will enhance the skills of our leadership teams at TUI Musement.

About the Job

  • You will create and execute a strategic leadership learning facility at TUI Musement, ensuring that content aligns with the growth of our leadership teams.
  • You will conduct regular professional diagnoses of the skills required in leadership, identifying effective ways of working, development opportunities, and building leading-edge capabilities.
  • You will bring energy, pace, and innovation to the leadership function, ensuring that our TUI Musement leadership teams are aware of the development opportunities available to them.
  • You will embed a systematized coaching and mentoring approach for our senior leadership teams, enabling them to understand their own leadership capabilities and drive high performance in their teams.
  • You will advise on the use of external development opportunities to support our business, which is undergoing significant transformation and change.
  • You will work closely with our Talent Team colleagues to identify and deliver programs or solutions that build capability and talent for performance and succession at all levels.
  • You will collaborate with Group Development People Development & Culture on initiatives that can be shared with the wider TUI Group or implemented into our TUI Musement organization.

About You

  • You have a passion for leadership development and a desire to see people excel and grow in their roles.
  • You have sound experience working in a leadership development function at a senior level.
  • You have proven experience in L&D, with the ability to create and execute programs/content at senior leadership level.
  • You have experience executing coaching & mentoring programs that demonstrate a return on investment.
  • You are able to work with senior management, collaborating to work together on solutions that grow them or the people who work with them.
  • You are an excellent facilitator, comfortable with conflict, change, and want to help people navigate through quick-paced transformation.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with English as a must, and Spanish, German, French as an asset.
