About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to the development and execution of our commercial plan, focusing on delivering value to our customers and driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Negotiating with Point of Sale partners to deliver distribution and visibility targets.
  • Driving the use of our Picture of Success approach to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing strategies to maximize Bacardi-Martini's performance at On-Trade customers in your region.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with any other language being an asset.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding result-orientation and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
  • Experience working closely with hotels and knowledge of cocktails or advocacy.
