Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und langfristig aufrechterhalten kann. Der perfekte Kandidat ist selbstständig, eigenständig und hat eine starke Kundenbindung aufgebaut.

Aufgaben
  • Neue Kunden generieren, die auf der Suche nach IT- und Engineering-Fachkräften sind
  • Kundenbindung aufbauen und langfristige professionelle Kooperationen aufrechterhalten
  • Retainer-Basis arbeiten und Kunden selbst mit treffenden Kandidaten zusammenbringen
Qualifikationen
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management/Business Development
  • Sehr eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hervorragend selbstorganisiert
  • Intrinsische Motivation
  • Nachweisliche umsatzstarke Erfolge
  • Remote-Erfahrung
