About the role:

We are seeking a Learning Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of People and Culture.

As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering workplace learning and development programs, performance improvement initiatives, and other initiatives to support our business goals.

You will be the cultural advocate of our company values, and will work to create a continuous learning culture that supports the growth and development of our team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support our business goals
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop leadership skills and ensure that our team members have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed
  • Supporting the planning committee in developing management development programs and blended learning programs for our teams
  • Analyzing potential service gaps and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and initiatives
