Technical Support Specialist for Global Marketplaces

The Challenge
This role involves blending on-site and remote expertise to streamline OnBoarding, provide tech and business support, and ensure hardware runs smoothly.
You will be the cornerstone of IT queries, procedures, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform IT Helpdesk Support tasks, both on-site and remotely.
Act as the front line for OnBoardings and OffBoardings processes.
Collaborate with the IT Department and users to control and understand business and technology guidelines.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of corporate hardware and devices.
Track and document IT procedures.
Cultivate end-user feedback to improve systems, processes, and the Helpdesk Assistant.
What We're Looking For
Experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar customer-centric role.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, MacOS, Windows, and Linux Support.
Hardware Multiplatform Support experience or equivalent tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent aptitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of Access Control Centralized systems.
Familiarity with MDM Systems.
Experience with Audiovisual equipment.
Understanding of DNS, networking, and load balancing.
