We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CPM International. As a member of our global client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Negotiate and resolve claims in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients' needs and address escalated cases with urgency and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Dutch & English (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to interact with customers by phone & e-mail
  • Good team player with ability to work globally to meet customer requirements

Benefits:

  • Starting salary: €21,000 per annum
  • 6.23€/day meal voucher (124 €/month)
  • Commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum)
  • Monthly incentives based on performance up to €175
  • Relocation Package or Sign-On Bonus: €600
  • Paid 5 extra days (contingency days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences
  • Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava
  • Fully paid training that optimally prepares you for your job - 2 weeks duration (office-based)
