Company Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Head Hunt International. As a member of our Lithuanian Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers from the Netherlands, providing top-notch support and solutions.

Salary:

The estimated monthly salary is approximately €4,000 - €5,500 per month, with the possibility of earning two additional salaries per year.

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify customers' needs and deliver effective solutions, including sales. You will work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot customer issues, assist with account inquiries, and provide timely resolutions. Your goal will be to turn every customer into a happy one by exceeding their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent Lithuanian communication skills
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services (an asset)
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • An empathetic soul with excellent communication skills
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
