Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our global team at Cpm International. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and technical expertise for our premium beverages brand, Guinness.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle all customer contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Diageo Engineers to understand Guinness quality processes and gain in-depth knowledge of bar and cellar set-ups.
• Accurately diagnose and resolve technical faults over the phone/email using problem-solving and technical knowledge skills.
• Participate in our Guinness accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert.

Requirements
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and educated to GCSE/O'Level standard, including Maths and English.
• Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.

Benefits
• Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period and full-time hours (37.5 hours/week).
• Rotational shift, including weekends and Bank Holidays with time in lieu.
• Salary: £22,880.00 and hybrid model (2 days office/3 days home).
