Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hms Networks Ab. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to agents and customers, as well as assisting the sales team with product-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to agents and customers via telephone, mail, and remote desktop.
  • Assist the sales team with product-related queries and provide pre-sales support.
  • Escalate technical issues to product engineers and R&D teams as needed.
  • Manage compatibility tools for HVAC solutions and assist with setup and maintenance of helpdesk tools.
  • Develop and deliver technical training content for agents and customers.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or similar.
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish.
  • Solid technical background in field bus technologies and domotics & inmotics technologies.
  • Natural ability for communication and customer relationships management.
  • Strong documentation skills (in Spanish and specially in English).
