Technical Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be an essential part of delivering exceptional customer support to our global gaming community. You'll assist customers through voice, chat, and email, offering solutions and guidance to ensure player satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and customer support through voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Engage with internal teams, offering feedback, updates, and promoting collaborative solutions to enhance the department's effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate complex information in a simple, clear manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Leverage your knowledge of social media to provide customer support and foster brand engagement.
Requirements
  • Fluent in European Portuguese (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support, ideally within a help desk or IT support function.
  • Knowledgeable in external systems and PC-based internet/software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Internet).
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes and information, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.
