At Blu Selection, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Phone Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and/or chat.

Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries related to our client's services, including domains, email, hosting, and website creation tools. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in both Spanish and Catalan.

Key responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Specialist will include:

  • Providing comprehensive technical support for our client's services.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs, offering guidance on products and services.
  • Proactively following up with customers, offering technical assistance via chat and phone.
  • Escalating complex queries to the second level of technical support if necessary.
