Technical Support Specialist

At K-LAGAN, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, working proactively to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, dynamism, and proactivity, as well as an agile mindset. Key skills include:

  • Solid knowledge and experience in SQL.
  • Relational database: ORACLE.
  • Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows / Windows Server.
  • Tools: SQL Developer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams...).
