Client Renewal Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Renewal Specialist to join our team in Norway. As a Client Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, ensuring the renewal of their contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers' current license position at the company, leading with our cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
- Be able to address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Your Qualifications:
- You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience, and good computer handling skills are also preferred.
