In-Rgy Group is a global provider of innovative software solutions that deliver unforgettable human experiences in today's digital world. Our comprehensive range of services includes sales, service, content moderation, and credit management across all B2C and B2B customer journeys.
**Your Role as Software Licensing Associate (LA):**
Your daily work will involve tasks such as:
- Working with the Renewal Specialist (RS) to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.
- Developing a renewal plan aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy and providing the best licensing solution for the customer.
- Acting as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Creating and providing quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages.
- Using company-approved tools to help secure all necessary deal approvals.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Fluency in English (B2) and native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
- A good understanding of computer handling skills and a strong ability to work independently.
**Benefits and Salary:**
We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your experience, plus a relocation package (flight and accommodation), health insurance, performance bonuses, discount on gym and language courses, and 2-3 weeks of paid training. Work shifts are from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 18:00, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off. There are also opportunities for growth within the company and the chance to work with one of the most well-known and leading software and tech companies worldwide.
