The Role
We're seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable stay in our apartments. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your excellent communication skills and your fluency in English and Spanish will be vital in raising the bar on our service standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex guest requests and organize visits, replacements, and repairs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (technical support, product development, sales).
