About the Role
TTEC is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 10 sales agents, providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to drive performance
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies, focusing on Outbound, Inbound, and Account management sales motions
- Analyze business goals, customer, and agent data to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting to meet assigned goals

Requirements
- Native or fluent in spoken and written Portuguese or Spanish
- Proven success in sales, with a track record of defining, refining, and implementing successful sales processes
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams in brick-and-mortar and virtual environments
- Ability to compile complex data analysis and translate results into actionable deliverables
