We are seeking an experienced VIP Customer Communications Executive to join our Communications team in Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a strong growth environment, manage sensitive complaints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About the Role- Manage VIP and sensitive customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively work to ensure excellent service to highly valued individuals, minimizing PR risks through timely issue resolution.
- Support other VIP tasks, such as legal customer complaints, consumer organization files, and data protection cases.
- A background in Tourism is required for this role.
- Minimum experience in handling customer complaints and familiarity with traditional and interactive claims channels.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and Gsuite.
- Excellent writing and communication skills at a native level in English.
