Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer-led strategies for long-term growth with agency groups.
  • Drive strategic initiatives from inception to delivery by prioritizing, analyzing, designing, and deploying appropriate solutions.
  • Craft and execute commercial strategies and correlating joint business plans.
  • Owning top-down relationships with agencies to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
  • Illuminating new business opportunities across accounts, including focusing on a tailored list of high-potential growth advertisers.
  • Leading education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.
  • Serving as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization.
Requirements
  • Elevate culture of innovation and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible hands-on leadership.
  • Influence a team of internal partner managers who support driving growth from this agency group and provide sales enablement for Account Executives.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans.
  • Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy, including business reviews.
  • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Partnerships Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships with ecommerce companies.

The role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue through ecommerce partnerships. This will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and creating and executing cross-functional projects to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year depending on experience.
