About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kam Facial Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for leading and developing a group of skilled strategic key accounts, driving growth across our portfolio, and aligning these efforts with our marketing plan.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Coach Cool Sculpting Team: Develop and execute account plans, delivering on target performance, and lead a team of two people to achieve this goal.
  2. National Account Analysis: Analyze opportunities and threats to corporate and high-value/high-potential accounts, providing regular updates to the KAM Lead and Marketing teams.
  3. Competitor Intelligence: Gather and coordinate competitor intelligence, feeding this into marketing & commercial strategies to ensure the creation of cohesive value propositions.
  4. Develop and Coach PDMs: Enable PDMs to deliver innovative co-created value for clients, driving growth for both the client and Importante empresa.
  5. Recognize and Reward Strategic and Business Development KAMs: Recognize and reward KAMs in a way that is appropriate for their roles and motivational, incentivizing the correct behaviors.
  6. Reinforce KAM Collaboration: Positively and proactively reinforce the value of KAM collaboration across all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Coach and Mentor the Team: Coach and mentor the team to actively project manage and report on long-term growth driver co-created objectives and actions via Key Account Plans.
  8. Develop and Implement Data Analysis Tools: Develop and implement tools for data analysis with KAMs to enable them to drive growth, forecast, and accurately produce sales reviews for accounts.
  9. Define and Manage Solution Development Process: Define and manage the solution development process, develop a differential value proposition, and evaluate the ROI for the customer and the company.
  10. Manage the Funnel of Short- and Mid-term Opportunities: Manage the funnel of short- and mid-term opportunities and pre-formulate specific project management requirements.
  11. Provide Post-Deployment Customer Support and Evaluation: Provide post-deployment customer support and evaluation.
  12. Analyze Business Insights and Data: Analyze business insights and data to elaborate strategy based on account analysis and develop strategic plans supported by data.
  13. Engage with the Customer in the Account Planning Process: Engage with the customer in the account planning process and work collaboratively to identify value-based opportunities.
  14. Create and Defend a Solid Value Proposition: Create and defend a solid value proposition versus competitors, demonstrating mutual ROI.
  15. Negotiate and Reach Agreement on Company Engagement and Specific Deals: Negotiate and reach agreement on company engagement and specific deals, specifying resource commitments and allocations internally.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Significant experience in high-level key account management and business planning with experience in dealing with data-based methods for the formulation and monitoring of methods and results.
  • Range of industry experience: Devices and Pharma.
  • Proven sales success essential.
  • Profitability analysis.
  • Sales management experience, ideally in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in marketing and consulting desirable.
  • Track record of coordinating resources across a S&M organization to deliver outstanding service to individual customers.

Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, or Seville.
