Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a Sales Cluster Manager to join their team in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement hiring and expansion strategies to meet business needs.
  • Engage and manage different stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Manager, with 1 year of seniority in a sales project.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • University degree and excellent level of English.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
