Sales Cluster Manager

Teleperformance Spain, a leading global customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join their team.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract and a competitive salary. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, managing performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Team Manager or similar role, a strong winning attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
