Job Overview

We are seeking a Ventures Analyst in Valencia to champion our business model and drive portfolio growth. This role involves sourcing new startups, building relationships with local VCs, universities, and corporations, and facilitating deal flow meetings between startups and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new startups and supporting their acceleration
  • Attending calls or meetings with relevant companies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local VCs, universities, and corporations
  • Networking with startup founders at industry events and conferences
  • Ventures program management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of cap tables, startup financing, and growth metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with C-Suite executives and VC partners
