Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst to join our Sales team in Spain. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance our sales, client services, and marketing strategies.
Your Mission
Your mission will be to ensure CRM data integrity, create insightful reports, and build strategic dashboards that drive decision-making. You will work closely with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and use your expertise in Salesforce and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools, expertise in Sales Forecasting, strong experience in data cleanup, knowledge of Salesforce integrations, and experience with Microsoft Power BI and Excel or Google Sheets. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Proven ability to develop, manage, and articulate KPIs. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to data analysis and process improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Spanish is a plus but not required. Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations and reports for executive management.
Responsibilities
Create and manage reports and dashboards for campaigns and opportunities to provide actionable insights. Support strategic planning by predicting sales trends and performance. Work with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and track performance metrics effectively. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Perform data cleanup and standardization to ensure high-quality and consistent information in the CRM.
