Account Manager
Job Summary:
Play'n GO is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the relationship between Play'n GO and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Working closely with customers to set business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Educating customers on our products and services, including new features and updates.
- Overseeing the development of customized solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Coaching and challenging customers to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Reporting on customer trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry and its trends.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
