Job Title:
Account Manager

Job Summary:
Play'n GO is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the relationship between Play'n GO and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Working closely with customers to set business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Educating customers on our products and services, including new features and updates.
  • Overseeing the development of customized solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Coaching and challenging customers to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Reporting on customer trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the iGaming industry and its trends.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
