About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our Danish Customer Success Team at Pleo. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving customer adoption and nurturing our SMB customers to achieve operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable customer success strategies to drive adoption and growth.
- Identify gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features, and provide proactive solutions to customers.
- Manage customer escalations and communicate upcoming product changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SMB software or SaaS organizations.
