Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Allianz Technology. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that governance, contractual, and financial obligations are successfully met by both parties.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Quarterly Account Meetings: Prepare, lead, and follow up on quarterly account meetings with customers to discuss progress and goals.
- Net Promoter Score Exercise: Run the Net Promoter Score exercise to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Monthly Financial Meetings: Conduct monthly financial meetings with customers to discuss billing, payments, and financial performance.
- Ad Hoc Invoice Clarification: Provide ad hoc invoice clarification to customers to resolve any billing issues.
- Customer Intelligence & Events: Improve external communication with customers and provide best practice sharing across Account Management teams.
- Contractual Negotiation: Negotiate and track contracts to ensure timely closure and compliance with financial obligations.
- Financial Reconciliation: Conduct monthly financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Master's Degree
- 10 years of professional experience
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Fluent English skills
- Strong communication and customer-centricity skills
- Financial background (controlling/accounting) is a plus
- Solid data analytical skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for learning and IT Tech culture
- Independent and self-driven working style
- Strong collaboration skills
