You will work closely with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve problems by applying established TravelPerk policies, procedures, and tactics">
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk">

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written. Previous experience working in the business travel industry is a plus. We are looking for an independent and autonomous individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and think critically.

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
