Job Summary

As the Head of Labour Relations and HR Administration at Ferrer, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising all matters related to labour relations and payroll, as well as HR administrative processes. This includes negotiating with workers' committees, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll team to ensure an efficient and accurate payroll process, collaborating closely with the external payroll provider.
  • Implement and improve robust internal processes and controls to minimize risks and ensure the integrity of payroll data.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive labour relations strategy that promotes collaboration and effective communication between management, employees, and employee representatives.
  • Maintain a close relationship with unions or worker organisations to negotiate fair and beneficial labour agreements.
  • Facilitate the effective resolution of labour disputes through negotiation and mediation, focusing on conciliation and mutual understanding.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management and line managers on labour relations, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the investigation and resolution of issues related to workplace harassment, discrimination, and employee complaints.
  • Responsible for HR Data Management and Analytics to ensure robust data sources and provide insights to support strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the team and ensure constant development and upskilling of key team functions.
