As Sales Lead, SME Accounts, you will be the driving force behind our sales success, overseeing revenue growth and team development.
About UsMitiga Solutions was founded as a spin-off of the renowned Barcelona Supercomputing Center, home to one of Europe's most powerful supercomputers, Mare Nostrum. Our mission is rooted in harnessing advanced science and technology to mitigate the multifaceted risks associated with climate volatility.
Our ApproachWe take a comprehensive view of risk management, spanning temporal scales from real-time forecasts to century-long projections. By transferring risks to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, we aim to significantly contribute to enhanced climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As Sales Lead, SME Accounts, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing revenue generation: Successfully grow revenue through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.
- Sales Leadership Excellence: Define and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with Mitiga's business goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development Representatives & Account Executives to ensure alignment with company objectives and foster a collaborative environment.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, key accounts, CS, and product teams to refine and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A highly focused and persuasive approach, bringing new customers onto our platform by showcasing its value in making informed decisions amidst the new climate reality.
- Experience in senior sales management or business development roles with 7+ years in a Tech or SaaS business environment.
- A track record of building and leading successful sales organizations of at least 5 people.
- Successful implementation of revenue forecasting methodology and using pipeline data to track lagging and leading indicators of pipeline performance.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We believe in fostering a collaborative work environment and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
