Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Executive Commitment Team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a commercial sales or telemarketing team, and working closely with front-line teams to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Manage a team of sales or telemarketing professionals to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with front-line teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial sales or telemarketing role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Native-level German language skills required
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
