In October 2022, BNP Paribas signed an agreement for the acquisition of Kantox. We will continue to operate as an independent company, now with the experience and market power of BNP Paribas behind it.

Sales Growth Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leads. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is competitive at around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits including sponsored learning budget, free private health insurance, free Spanish, English and French lessons, relocation package if needed, flexible working hours + short Fridays, 41 days of annual vacations, gym discounts and free sports activities, restaurant ticket with monthly credit and regular cross-team lunches, fresh fruit and unlimited coffee, and pizza Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Becoming an expert in how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
  • Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
  • Qualifying inbound leads by utilizing your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.
  • Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
  • Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed.
  • Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling).
  • A highly organized professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional.
  • Native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus.
  • Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
