At Landbot, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies interact with their customers. As a Digital Sales Growth Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, driving sales growth through innovative and strategic account development.
As a Spanish & English B2B Account Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious revenue goals. You'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and generating quality contacts for our sales executives, aligning with our commercial strategy. This involves detecting, contacting, and generating leads that match our product value proposition.
Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities by understanding the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria, guidelines, segments, or lists provided to you. This includes identifying decision-makers, their needs, and matching our product to meet those needs. You'll support our Sales Team in attaining quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads and working closely with our Account Executives to prospect and strategize target accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identify pain points and understand the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria
• Identify decision-makers, their needs, and match our product to meet those needs
• Support the Sales Team in attaining quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads
• Work closely with Account Executives to prospect and strategize target accounts
• Bring, qualify, and help warm up new leads
• Determine and understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution
• Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipelines into our CRM
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
• Comply with and/or exceed sales development objectives
Requirements include:
• Experience in/knowledge of SDR processes, both inbound and outbound, from scratch
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish
• Availability to work in the afternoon shift
• A fearless approach to outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, pitching, etc)
• Commercial nature
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Ability to take the initiative
• Enthusiastic, organized, and like to work for objectives
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
