Drive Business Growth as an Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle for a specified territory, including developing new customer leads, positioning Dynatrace, and closing business on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to drive conversations, conversions, and revenue growth.
  2. Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers using phone, social media, and email persona-based conversations.
  3. Effectively work with existing customers to extend their Dynatrace footprint and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs, pain points, and technology issues to effectively position Dynatrace solutions.
  5. Leverage the Dynatrace internal team to conduct discovery, qualify needs, and prove the value of our SaaS-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in an inside sales role carrying a discrete quota in SaaS cloud or Container space.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills, with the ability to execute on Account Plans and create strategies for sales overachievement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on time management and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator (preferred), with experience in MEDDIC.
