About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team at Amazon. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure seamless account creation, payment processing, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional support to DSPs to establish accurate account creation and ensure timely payment processing.
  2. Set up unique payment processes for new entrepreneur program participants.
  3. Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure satisfactory completion.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and develop initiatives to improve metrics.
  5. Collaborate with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure timely DSP onboarding and payments.
  6. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure suppliers are prepared to meet labor and vehicle requirements during peak periods.
  7. Support DSPs in resolving invoice queries within internal service level agreements.
  8. Track metrics and provide reports to leaders on DSP progress.
  9. Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to payment/invoicing processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures for business grants and veteran incentives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Competent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Knowledge of invoice or payment systems.
  • Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience.
  • Additional languages.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly using data and analytical skills.
