About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team at Amazon. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and ensuring their accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to DSPs to ensure timely account creation and setup
  • Manage payment processes and resolve supplier-related issues
  • Work with data to identify trends and implement initiatives to improve metrics
  • Collaborate with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions to ensure seamless onboarding and payments
  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure suppliers are ready to deliver during peak periods
  • Support DSPs in resolving invoice queries within internal SLAs
  • Track metrics and provide reports to leaders on DSP progress
  • Identify and implement process improvements to payment and invoicing processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures for business grants and veteran incentives
Requirements
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL
  • Competent leadership skills with ability to motivate others
  • Knowledge of invoice or payment systems
  • Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience
  • Additional languages
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly using data and analytical skills
