Job Title: Dsp Account Coordinator, Otr Team

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team at Amazon. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and ensuring their accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class support for DSPs to ensure account creation is established in a timely manner.
  • Set up payment processes unique to the new entrepreneur program.
  • Deal with supplier-related issues and see them through to satisfactory completion.
  • Work with data to identify trends and generate initiatives to improve metrics.

You will work closely with the DSP Account Management Team and Program Managers in a fast-paced last mile organization. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
